Analysis of governmental financing of civic organizations in 2006-2007

Praxis analysed the governmental financing of civic organization and derived 8 steps to creating transparent, accessible and effective state-budget funding for civil society organizations that is linked to implementing national strategic plans.

The principles for funding civil society from state budget were adopted by the government in order to harmonize the funding practice, link it to national strategic plans and develop civil society
