In order to find a more sustainable solution to the challenges of managing the buildings and equipment of theaters in the area of government of the Ministry of Culture (in the Northern region of Estonia) and to obtain the necessary data to understand the current situation and plan policy interventions, the study aims to find a more sustainable solution for real estate of the performing arts landscape: maintenance, management of warehouses and workshops and special equipment. Thus, the study must support the implementation of the state reform action plan due to the possible emergence of resource savings, the identification of duplication of activities and the improvement of related processes. In this way, the study will help to perform public tasks more efficiently and provide higher quality public services.
