Liina supports conducting gender equality and equal opportunities related research projects with both her substantive expertise and project management skills. She has a master’s degree in gender studies from the Central European University in Budapest. Previously, she has worked as an analyst at the Ministry of Social Affairs, where she dealt with issues of gender equality and social inclusion. He has written about attitudes related to gender equality, policy measures about parental leave and fathers, cohabitation trends and other topics related to equality. Throughout her entire working life, she has been engaged with development of funding applications and project management.
Liina’s interest in Deep Adaptation, global environmental and social crises have led her to promote community living at the grassroots level. She has a strong background in topics such as eco-community development, organic gardening, and local food.
