Ingel concentrates mostly on individual and collective labour relations and working conditions, but contributes also to other topics like lifelong learning, gender equality and social policy.
Most of her work consists of observing policy changes and developments in the field, gathering information through both document analysis and interviews. With this knowledge, she contributes to pan-European comparative research. In addition, she also supports projects through information management, financial reporting and other necessary activities.
Ingel has a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work and policy from the University of Tartu and a Master’s degree in sociology from Tallinn University. Her next goal is to develop quantitative analysis skills.
