Isabel earned her BA in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield, with a focus on analytical philosophy of sex, politics, and higher education. In her thesis she proposed a democratic understanding of university, inspired by John Dewey. In 2024, she completed her Master’s degree in Social Sciences at the J. Skytte Institute of the University of Tartu. Her master’s research is written on the radical right ideology of the Blue Awakening, EKRE’s youth organisation.

Beyond her professional and academic endeavors, Isabel has passionately spoken up on important issues through writing and active engagement in activism. Isabel joined our Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities team in March 2024.
