The coronavirus pandemic has, among others, severely affected small businesses in Belarus. The ongoing pandemic and uncertainty about future pushes small businesses to look for ways to sell and market their products and/or services via the Internet. The overall objective of the project is to increase the capabilities of small businesses in Belarus to offer their products and/or services online. This will be done by developing their skills in digital marketing, but also in online sales and communication activities that support digital marketing. Public lectures provide up-to-date knowledge to a wide range of small businesses, and homework and individual counselling at seminars help them to put their new knowledge into practice.
