Project

The purpose of the analysis is on the one hand to assess how the impact assessment methodology have been used while shaping positions in EU matters and share practical tips to experts conducting preliminary impact assessments in EU matters. On the other hand recommendations are made for further development of the methodology. For this the quality of preliminary impact assessments in case of ten EU matters is analysed and focus group(s) carried out with officials who have experience in this field to identify their main practical problem spots.
