While in many countries social entrepreneurship has been an important entrepreneurial career choice for women and youth, such potential is largely untapped in Belarus. Thus the main aim of the project was to contribute to increasing the number, capacity and positive image of female and young social entrepreneurs in Belarus. The project focused on training social impact analysis and communication skills among the target group. Based on training and mentoring experience, attractive and methodologically adequate guidelines were prepared along with profiles of women and youth who are already practicing impact management. As our local partner was the main stakeholder promoting social entrepreneurship in Belarus, the results of the project will be sustainably used and developed further. The project was implemented in cooperation with the Estonian Social Enterprise Network.
