Kelly joined Praxis in spring of 2022. Prior to that, she worked at Statistics Estonia as a methodologist, where she tested and designed data processing programs. She primarily worked with data from social studies and administrative data. 

Kelly enjoys working with quantitative data. In addition to topics related to labour and social politics, she also has an interest in issues concerning mental health, subsistence and active aging. Kelly received a bachelor’s degree in Information Society and Social Well-being from the University of Tartu, and she finished her master’s degree in spring 2022 in the Analysis of Societal and Information Processes.

In her spare time, she likes playing board games, listening to audiobooks and doing yoga. Kelly can speak English and also a bit of German.
