Ave graduated from the University of Tartu with a major in Public Relations, also studied Intercultural Communication as an exchange student at the University of Jyväskylä, Graphic Gesign at the Open Academy of the Academy of Arts, and is currently acquiring a second master’s degree in the major of Change Management. She is experienced in communication management both in the public and business sectors as well as in NGO-s and has also lead international communication activities. Ave has worked in the Ministry of Justice of Estonia, PR agency Corpore, Eesti Energia, Good Deed Foundation and Swedbank, where she dealt with the strategy and communication of social investments, including the development of “I love to help” donation environment. For the last three years, she managed change communication at Luminor Bank.
