Anne has an excellent understanding of the training field due to her experience in different roles in the training field: ordering and creating training programmes and acting as a speaker or project manager. Her work in Praxis has been focused on the creation and management of development programmes for clients in the public and third sector.

By training, Anne is a psychologist, who studied psychology at the University of Tartu, where her emphasis lied on studying individual differences and personality psychology. Later on, she studied organisational behaviour focusing on job motivation and satisfaction. In addition to her knowledge of the respective areas, Anne has acquired a deep understanding of research methods.

Anne’s interest in psychology is both recreational and professional. She has continued the development of her counselling skills, acquired an international certificate in supervision and coaching, and is active as a supervisor and coach for groups and individuals. She is interested in long term therapy work with individuals and is pursuing further education in the field of analytical psychotherapy.

Anne is an active member of different professional networks concerned with mental well-being and health, including the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association, the Estonian Mental Health and Well-Being Coalition, and the Estonian Analytical Psychology Association. As a result of these interests, Anne joined the Health Programme team of Praxis.

Anne is fully proficient in the English language and to a lesser extent in the Russian and German language.
