The Small Business Act (SBA) is the flagship policy initiative on the EU level and comprising a host of concrete measures, organised around 10 different principles, measures geared towards improving the business conditions for SMEs.

ENSR network is preparing the 2009 Annual Report on implementation of the SBA. PRAXIS contributed with a short description of the SME policy developments in Estonia in 2007-2009 for the 10 segments distinguished in the Small Business Act.
