Fields of interests: older workers, minorities in the labour market, gender equality in the labour market, flexible work organisation.

I acquired my bachelor degree in social policy and social work from The Social Faculty of Tartu University in 2008. In 2012 I graduated from Tallinn University of Technology with a masters degree in public administration.

I joined Praxis in summer 2009 as an assistant for the labour and social policy programme. Since July 2012 I work as an analyst of labour and social policy. I have mostly been involved in a project that monitors working conditions, industrial relations and restructuring in Estonia to provide work related information for the European institution- European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions.
