Workforce survey on Estonian food industry enterprises

The study was commissioned by the Estonian Association of Food Industry and was conducted in cooperation with PRAXIS and Faktum. The study aimed to research the following:

  • the competitiveness of the food industry and the factors affecting it in the coming years;
  • evaluation of the workforce available to the food industry enterprises;
  • needs of enterprises in regard to preparing required work force;
  • compiling a model for forecasting future training needs.
