The project aimed at the development of a methodology for the identification of the targets of impact indicators of Singe Programming Document (SPD), considering that no respective data has been collected during the monitoring performed so far. In addition, the objective was to carry out a survey and perform an analysis under an appropriate methodology, for giving an overview of the current targets (those identified so far) of the impact indicators of the SPD and the impact of the projects studied.

The calculation of the net impact of the projects was mainly based on the evaluations of the beneficiaries found out with the surveys. Web surveys as well as postal and telephone surveys were used depending on the target group.
