The project is conducted by European-wide consortium including Praxis.

Praxis concentrates on the following topics:

• Health care professionals’ cross-border mobility. Processes dealing with developing standards and regulations of health care professionals and how their quality is maintained as well as the mechanisms for redress (legal and administrative) in the event of medical errors in each member state are described. Compiling and following professional standards in Estonia is also under observation.
• Telemedicine services. Mapping and analyzing the range and diversity of telemedicine services that cross borders, both within and beyond the EU.
• Cross-border dental care. Contains an analysis of dental care service systems and mechanisms in various countries and descriptions of cross-border dental care occurrences.
