The aim of the project is to make an overview of active age management and lifelong guidance in Estonia and one case study as a good practice example in one Estonian entreprise. The first phase of the project includes gathering information on what is considered active age management in Estonia, how is the career councelling system built and what role does career councelling play in active age management practices in Estonia. The second phase of the study includes a case study of a good practice in an enterprise where active age management is embedded.
